Rugby training

Handling skills are what win us games. Its about avoiding contact as well as taking it! we need to practise running into spaces not just running into players!!

yehh i think we have been working on that a lot at training in the past few weeks and i think my knowledge and that have improved just in the last two or three weeks tbh x

personally, i think that people able to get past players and catch and pass, is more important then tackling sometimes, because yes, tackling stops them from scoring tries, but being able to pass and do moves to get the ball out wide, allows us to be able to score more tries
